MAYRO ENTREPRENEURSHIP LLC

Customer Service & Project Policy

At Mayro Entrepreneurship LLC, we are committed to providing professional, dependable, and high-quality welding, fabrication, structural steel, and field services. Since 2016, we have built our business around skilled craftsmanship, clear communication, safety, and customer satisfaction.

The following policies help establish clear expectations for every project.

Estimates & Quotes

All projects are evaluated based on the requested scope of work, materials, labor, project specifications, location, accessibility, and other job requirements.

Quotes are based on the information available at the time of the estimate. Changes to the scope, materials, drawings, site conditions, or customer requirements may result in additional charges.

Deposits & Payments

A deposit may be required before materials are ordered, fabrication begins, or a project is placed on our schedule.

The required deposit and payment schedule will be provided with the customer's estimate, proposal, or service agreement.

Final balances are due according to the payment terms stated in the customer's agreement or invoice.

Scheduling

Projects are scheduled after the required documentation, approvals, and deposits have been received.

We make every effort to meet scheduled project dates. However, welding and construction schedules may be affected by weather, material availability, jobsite conditions, inspections, other trades, project changes, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers will be notified of significant scheduling changes whenever reasonably possible.

Project Changes & Additional Work

The original quote covers only the agreed-upon scope of work.

Customer-requested additions, modifications, upgrades, or work discovered after the project begins may require a written change order and additional payment.

Additional work will not automatically be included in the original project price.

Materials

Materials will be selected according to the agreed project specifications, drawings, or customer-approved scope of work.

Special-order or custom-fabricated materials may require advance payment and may be non-refundable once ordered or fabrication has begun.

Blueprint & Drawing Requirements

When work is based on blueprints, structural drawings, engineering documents, or specifications, customers and contractors are responsible for providing the most current approved documents before work begins.

Revisions received after fabrication or installation has started may result in additional costs and scheduling adjustments.

Jobsite Access

Customers are responsible for providing reasonable and safe access to the work area at the scheduled time.

The work area should be accessible and prepared for our team to perform the contracted services. Delays caused by restricted access, incomplete site preparation, other contractors, or unsafe conditions may affect the project schedule and cost.

Structural & Field Welding

Structural welding, steel connections, metal decking, and field ironwork will be performed according to the agreed project scope and applicable project requirements.

Projects requiring engineering approval, special inspections, permits, certified procedures, or other third-party approvals must have those requirements identified and coordinated as applicable.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customers should provide as much notice as possible when requesting cancellation or rescheduling.

Deposits, special-order materials, completed fabrication, mobilization expenses, and work already performed may be non-refundable or subject to applicable cancellation charges as stated in the customer's agreement.

Restoration & Repair Work

With restoration and repair projects, some conditions may not become visible until damaged materials, coatings, or existing components are examined more closely.

If additional problems are discovered, we will communicate the findings and discuss recommended additional work before proceeding when practical.

Project Completion

Customers are encouraged to review completed work promptly.

Any concerns regarding the agreed scope of work should be brought to our attention as soon as possible so they can be evaluated and addressed appropriately.

Quality Commitment

Mayro Entrepreneurship LLC stands behind the quality of our workmanship within the terms provided for each project.

Warranty coverage, when applicable, will be stated in the customer's proposal or contract. Warranty coverage does not extend to normal wear, misuse, customer alterations, work performed by others, improper maintenance, environmental damage, or conditions outside our control unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Safety

Safety is a priority on every Mayro Entrepreneurship LLC project.

Customers and visitors should remain outside designated welding and active work areas unless authorized. Welding, cutting, grinding, structural installation, and related operations can involve sparks, heat, heavy materials, equipment, and other hazards.

Customer Communication

We believe strong projects begin with clear communication. Customers are encouraged to ask questions regarding their project, schedule, scope of work, or estimate before work begins.

Any significant project changes should be documented and approved to help prevent misunderstandings.
